Baked Pork Ribs with Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients:

2 racks of pork loin back ribs, 2.5 pounds each rack

8 teaspoons salt

4 teaspoons black ground pepper

4 teaspoons paprika

10 ounces barbeque sauce

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 275 degrees Fahrenheit.

Cut into half each pork rack. Wash in cold running water. Pat dry with clean paper towels.

Sprinkle both sides of the pork ribs with salt, pepper and paprika. Rub thoroughly.

Place the rack of ribs, bone side down, in the baking dish.

Cover with heavy duty aluminum foil. Wrap tightly.

Put inside the preheated oven. Bake at 275 degrees Fahrenheit for 3 ½ hours.

Take out from the oven. Remove the cover. Transfer the ribs to baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Arrange ribs on the baking sheet, bone side down.

Brush with barbeque sauce the top of the ribs.

Put back in the oven. Broil uncovered for 2 minutes.

Wait for 5 minutes before serving.
