2 pounds beef sirloin, thinly sliced
1 head garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
¼ cup vinegar
2 cups water
3 tablespoons cooking oil

In a large bowl put the beef, add the garlic, salt, ground black pepper, and vinegar. Mix very well. Cover with cling wrap. Refrigerate and marinate overnight or marinate for at least 2 hours. In a pan, pour the mixture with marinade. Boil. Simmer and cover until the beef is cooked. Stir and turn the beef from time to time, add water as needed and continue cooking until beef is tender. Cooking may take one hour. Let the liquid to dry up when the beef is very tender. Add cooking oil and stir fry the beef. Transfer to serving dish. Eat with rice. Enjoy.
