Kale Banana Apple Smoothie

Ingredients:

2 to 3 kale leaves, washed, stems removed

1 banana, peeled, fresh or frozen

2 medium apples, peeled, seeds removed, cut in quarters

2 to 3 cups almond milk

Instructions:

Put kale, banana, and apples in the container of high powered blender (Vitamix). Pour almond milk. Cover tightly. Switch on the blender. Turn the speed dial slowly from low to high, and blend at high speed for one minute. Turn the speed dial from high to low, then switch off. Pour into drinking glasses. Serve cold. Enjoy this simple healthy nutritious drink. You can choose any fruits you prefer in lieu of apples and banana.
